He Graduated in Science and Mastered in Business Administration and has an enriched work experience of more than 10 Years. He has been a part of the Automobile Sector, Ecommerce Industry, Retail Industry, Food Industry, and Restaurant Business and worked as a Restaurant Business Consultant. He has always been passionate about business from a very young age. Finally, in 2016 he got the opportunity to start his first business venture in Restaurant Industry. He has faced a lot of challenges in the journey of establishing the Platters Express Restro(PER).

Enriched by his work experience of more than 18 Years in Restaurant Industry, he handles carrier from the Junior team members in a restaurant. During that time his hunger to know the depth of complete restaurant business grew and by the time he became an expert in the Industry. He is a key person in our PER family who has worked in many leading brands like Bikanervala & Haldiram Group of Companies. He has great expertise in Guest handling and providing them with a delightful experience during their visit. He has expertise in developing taste & quality, along with that, he has always been innovative in the development of new products.

He has a wide experience of more than 12 years in the food industry. During this period, he has worked with many leading brands of the industry and has handled the franchise operations of Bikano. Sanjay has vast knowledge in Audits, Store Management, Catering Business, Franchise Operations and Food Production.
